They hanged him.
So it happened finally.Saddam was hanged by the government in his own country by his own people who derive there power and resource from USA.Its a warning sign against all sovereign country and international community.Mr Bush has time it to his next year election but this step will make Iraq more volatile and dangerous place. The common Iraqi wanted a sense of peace and safety but now they face more uncertainties.

Laloo yadav and Harvard...
All of the media guys and reporters who
are crying hoarse praising Mr yadav and
his so called managerial skills in turning around the Indian railways please answer...
1.Is it not because Laloo makes a good news item all his antics are highlighted?
2.If Laloo yadav is such a genius and brilliant manager why didn't his rule of 15 years improved Bihar??
3.Why the proponent of Charwaha Vidyalay has abandoned his pet cause after big failure?
4.Isn't the turn around in Railway attributed to some tough decisions taken by Nitish kumar the earlier railways Minister?
5.What happened to Garib raths and Tea Coffee in Kulhar concept?
If the reporters only looked into the details they will come to know what a disservice they are doing by making a Hero out of a shrewd and corrupt Politician....whos only claim to fame is his comic and rustic charm.

Bombay.
But its you and me who can make a difference by helping each other, not playing for camera and TV crew as seen now a days,a popular phenomenon! So called social workers leave the site or accompany the camera crew for next photo op?
Last year i did make a difference to some ones life when i took a victim of road accident to Ravi hospital in Vasai.
I saw a person on bike getting run over by a truck my auto came to a stop i don't know what hit me the live accident or some heavenly command,i went near the victim who was speaking, some people were trying to call his home,i called his wife who was nearby.
she reached the spot crying with an old man.I presumed they will take charge but they were dumb struck. So i hired a ricksaw Got the victim in with some help and took him to hospital where he could get his mediclaim treatment.Meanwhile i called victims brother and informed about the accident.
Victims relatives started coming in hordes and profusely thanking me.I took there leave and reached home a contended man having done my social duty.
Next day Rathors(Victims) father came to my house, a simple old marathi speaking man with tears in his eyes, hand folded , crying with gratitude,we offered him water and asked about Rathor.
He was to be kept in hospital for multiple fractures and bleeding but was out of danger.
Me and wife consoled him.The old man kept on repeating You are my Vithal (God) as you saved my son.I was so happy for my actions. It was a selfless act of humanity and i must say it is so spiritual.Latter some of my well wishers chided me for getting in trouble as it could have been a police case and court trouble!
My answer was simple but loaded "What would you have done if you were the witness and i the victim"?
Now Rathor is OK back on job. They call us in all there festivities and give us so much respect and care that i feel embarrassed at times.

Life what it means???
The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Cups of Coffee.
When things in your lives seem almost too much to handle,
when 24 hours in a day are not enough,
remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous "yes."
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed. "Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things--your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favourite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.The sand is everything else---the small stuff. "If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.
Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand." One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."

When law calls hostile witnesses.
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday summoned all 32 witnesses including Karan Rajput, who died in January last year, to show cause “why action should not be not taken against them” for purgery in the Jessica Lall murder case.
Rajput had gone to the Tamarind Court to meet his nephew Jitender Raj, manager of the Bina Ramani-owned illegal bar, when Jessica was shot dead in April 1999. Rajput had claimed that he had seen the offence being committed, but he later retracted. He died due to acute liver-related problems. Since none drew the court’s attention towards this fact, a notice was also issued for him. His name would be dropped later as unlike in the civil disputes, legal heirs of a dead person can’t be substituted in criminal cases.
A Bench of Justices R S Sodhi and P K Bhasin, after sentencing the accused with “appropriate” punishment, directed Mehrauli police station-in-charge to ensure that these 32 persons, including Shyan Munshi of ‘Jhankar Beats’ fame, and Andleep Sehgal, a friend of former External Affairs Minister’s son Jagat Singh who is also named in the food-for-oil scam, are present before it on February 1.
Of the 101 witnesses examined by Chief Public Prosecutor S K Saxena, 32, including three eyewitnesses to the murder of Jessica and ballistic expert Prem Sagar Minocha, were declared hostile.
Now this is one instance when the court is trying to un do the injustice meted to Jessica by the earlier judgement. The people who don't have the guts to tell truth in the court when they witnessed a murder are as guilty as the murderer.I hope there conscience keeps haunting them for long....

Verdicts.
Last day was a proverbial judgement day of sorts!
The Jessica lal case being the prominent where the court convicted Manu Sharma and his two friends for killing Jessica. It was a turn around of RDB proportion as public pressure made the police and government to re look into the miscarriage of Justice of Titanic proportion.
The last time same accused were let free,Now the honourable court should examine why the last trial was conducted in a shoddy manner what if the public kept quite?Who where the police men involved in the earlier trial.Has the new wave of protest affected the decision making capability of Honorable court?
As for me its a welcome decision as i was in Delhi when this gruesome killing happened. My teacher at Alps academy Naraina Delhi told what a nice person Jessica was,she was her daughter friend and how its so sad about the high headedness of political offspring's.
I think our faith in judiciary remains due to these popular judgments.
The special court of CBI investigating the misappropriation of Money against Lalu yadav And Rabri aquited them for lack of evidence.I fail to see the logic in the impartiality of a central agency working against a powerful central minister and tryingto implicate him.
Why on earth will the astute politician Lalu let it happen.Remember the court will decide only on the basis of evidences submitted by the investigating agency???? So in all a mixed day for the Indian judiciary.

Hutch and Reliance.
Think what a behemoth it will be,think of the revenues ,think of the client base and ARPU.Its so vital for the growth of ADAG that Anil ambani flew down to Tirupati to take Balajis blessings.
yes i am talking about the probable takeover of Hutchinson Essar stake by Reliance ADAG.Its the buzz in the market and it will create a company with great value and strength.Lets keep our fingers crossed...
For my company which moved our corporate account from Reliance CDMa to Hutch last month it will be coming back home ....

Pawar power
Last few days Mumbai celebrated the B day of Mr Sharad Pawar. Its first time that i feel like writing something for a contemporary leader. He impresses you as a leader with current ideas and attachment to the grass roots.
Anyone who has been to his Home town Baramati will vouch for his hard work foresight and zeal for development.Baramati is a wi fi area thanks to sprawling technical campuses and industries.
Nashik valley and farmers owes there success to Mr pawar.Today Nashik valley has wineries orchards and food processing industries.we need some similar leaders back home in Bihar.....

panic..
Last Thursday night while returning from Church gate i was in a 9.45 pm Virar fast to Vasai.
When the train stopped at Bandra there was an usual push and shove for getting in as well as getting out.Suddenly there was a commotion, i looked out of the window and saw few man running wildly, then was a noise" Bomb hai."What followed was a spine chilling sensation, panicked commuters leaving train to save life.I too ran out catching my bag, cell and paper. Once on platform it was a chagrin with all passengers deserting the train, in next few milliseconds some one said "no bomb "and again a mad rush to enter and grab seat.I too entered without giving it a second thought, but my seat was taken by some one else. we tried to laugh off the matter but the calm was surreal as each of us offerd our silent prayers and continued with journey.
Thoughts came and went about life family friends and world what if there was a real bomb and an explosion. It was my closest brush with panic...

Spar.
Spar the Dutch retail joint is operational in Mumbai with two stores in Juhu and Thane. One regular to its store in Juhu is one Mr.Bachchan also known as Big B.Now why am i talking about it is that Spar had a joint venture with Ramkrishna foods since few years.
Now Ramkrishna has decided to go solo and has distanced it from spar by launching Fresh land stores,so now Spar is looking for New partners in India which means another joint venture in Retail sector...Interesting times isn't it.

Big bazaar on sunday.
At the end of a day to Big Bazaar only feeling left is tiring.Contrary to my practice of not going to public places and specially malls on Sunday i had to go cause home minister said so.
Huh its wild frantic and disorganised to say the least,i was missing my mini super market near home where i can pick things with my eyes closed and they too offer discounts on MRP..
The whole experience leaves u unsatisfied and u overspend cause greed takes over, u go for bargains and freebies. It needs a strong control over Ur mind not to go for things u really don't need.
Another thing which i have noticed is the Inflation of the mind that is if you see stuff worth 1500 and like continuously then a 57 bucks thing appears damn cheap,U tend to buy it out of the impulse....

Dalits on Road.
Was busy in closing sales and was disturbed by the Bundh called by so called torch bearers of dalit Politics.
Some one broke a statue of Ambedkar at Kanpur few days back the dalits decided to protest after two days came down on streets broke 100 buses burnt two trains and damaged property Worth Crores. But no politician or the community leader has the balls to condemn the violence.
I am sure ambedkar will not have approved of this insane act.BTW how many dalits know who he was and what he stood for unless its 6Th December when they hijack the city of Mumbai and come in big numbers to commemorate his Death...
