Big companies how much customer centric?

When one deals with the big league companies as a customer one expects a decent experience,that is how one believes in a brand and pays the premium for it.

My recent experience with Reliance for broadband connection was a sour taste in mouth where after the application was taken and a connection promised in 3 working days ultimately took 16 days!!That too after my telephonic follow ups from department to department.

When the consensus is that the customer is the king,this ill treatment is hazardous for the reputation of the Brand.So dear friends at Reliance Broadband better gear up cause Airtel is Watching!!!
